 Welcome to the Parents and Friends Association!

​

At St. Mark's Episcopal Academy, our Parents and Friends Association (P&F) is the heartbeat of our school community, dedicated to enhancing the educational experience for our students and supporting our incredible teachers. We invite all families to join us in our mission to create a vibrant and engaging school community!

Our Goals: We strive to support the school community through fundraising, engaging events, and initiatives that benefit our students and faculty. The funds raised go directly into the school, funding essential projects that improve classrooms and enhance learning opportunity.

​

• Making an Impact: Over the years, our fundraising efforts have led to significant improvements in our school, including:

• Installing a state-of-the-art camera system for enhanced safety

• Expanding our Marine Science Program to enrich student learning

• Creating an outdoor classroom to foster a love for nature and hands-on learning

• Implementation of new science and math curriculum

• Enhancing STEAM classroom resources

Get Involved: We warmly welcome all parents to be a part of our P&F community! Whether you have a little time to spare or are eager to dive in, there are many ways to get involved.

​

• Volunteer: Sign up for events and be present on campus with your child while supporting our school

• Help out in the library 

• Serve as room parents or volunteer for Field Trips

• Support work with school partner organizations such as RiverKids

• Help organize multiple special events and traditions throughout the school year in order to strengthen our sense of community.

• Join Us for Meetings: Attend our monthly meetings on the third Wednesday of each month at 8 AM, right after drop-off. It's a great way to connect with other parents and share ideas!

 

Exciting Events: We organize a variety of fun and engaging events throughout the year, including:

• The Annual Gala

• Teacher Appreciation Week

Each event offers a wonderful opportunity to bond with fellow parents, celebrate our school community, and most importantly, see the direct impact of our efforts on our students' experiences.
